Goal: To show growth of low level students that are in the TILT program.  That teachers understand the meaning of enrichment for the higher level students during TILT.  To help teachers make good use of  the 50 minutes of TILT each day .

I will together a survey  asking teachers what kind of enrichement activities they give to their higher level students during TILT.  I will also ask teachers the meaning of enrichment on the survey	Myself and the teachers taking the survey. Data from teachers that return the survey.  Compare it to the research that I found on enrichment.
